GKH Partners also focuses on infill residential development and redevelopment throughout California and Arizona. We pride ourselves in our hands-on approach to property development, which includes everything from acquisition management to disposition. Once the right opportunity is identified, we carefully assess the best plan for the property from a financial and market perspective. A business plan is created and then managed and executed in order to maximize investor returns.

Self Storage Investment & Development

Through its Lock & Leave Storage brand, GKH owns and operates self storage facilities in Southern California. Our deep management experience provides us the ability to quickly assess new opportunities and move forward on quality assets. GKH has developed hands-on expertise in entitlement, development and management of self storage assets.
