Northwest Storage - Happy Valley, OR

Northwest Storage is located on approximately 1.8 acres along the highly traveled Highway 212 corridor at 114th Avenue in Happy Valley, Oregon, one of the Portland metro area’s fastest-growing suburbs. GKH Partners acquired the site in 2017 and oversaw the entitlement, design, and construction management of the development.

The completed project is a three-story, fully climate-controlled self-storage facility designed to serve the area’s growing residential base. GKH Partners managed the property until its successful sale to Extra Space in 2025.
